AS Flightlines offers complete sets of Cabin Fuel Line plumbing for the stock fuel hose kits.
In an effort to simplify website ordering, we have made available to the most popular configurations of standard fuel injection setup (Setup for Andair FS20X7T Valve)
Kits include all hoses and most fittings required for the cabin portion of the system. See installation manuals for details.

Kit 1- RV10 Stock Setup -This kit is a drop in fuel hose replacement for the STOCK VANS SETUP. It is based around the utilization of the ANDAIR FS20X7T valve and extension and includes all the firewall aft fuel hose plumbing. This setup is designed around a bulkhead fitting through an included machined bushing at the fuselage exit point which allows separate fuse to wing lines versus going through a rubber grommet in the side of the fuselage.
Kit 2 - RV10 Transducer Relocated Firewall forward -This kit is the same as the kit above with the exception being that the fuel flow transducer is not located in the tunnel,but is planned for installation firewall forward. For more information please take a look at our RV-10 FWF Options Guide.
Kit 3 - RV10 Cabin Fuel and Wing Root Filter Kit - This kit is the complete firewall aft fuel system and also includes the RV10 Wing Root Filter kit. It is all plumbing firewall aft including the wing root filter kit. With this kit, the transducer is automatically selected to be moved forward of the firewall.
Note: If you order this kit, you do NOT need to order the AFP Filter when you order your AFP pump. Just get the Airflow performance pump as we include two filters with this kit.
Kit 6- SDS Complete Cabin Fuel system including Wing root filter kit- This kit is
the complete firewall aft SDS fuel system and includes the wing root filter kit also.
We include two pre filters for the wing root and the post filter will be located
firewall forward. You will need to obtain the post filter from SDS, and will not

Kit 7 -EFII Complete Cabin Fuel system including Wing root filter kit- This kit
is the complete firewall aft EFII fuel system and includes the wing root filter kit
also. We include two pre filters for the wing root and the post filter will be located
firewall forward. The post filter will come from EFII. See PDF installation manual
above for more information.
Please note that for the RV10, we do not have a drop in install for the SDS/EFII
firewall forward systems. You will need to order CUSTOM HOSE ASSEMBLIES to complete
this package. This is due to a large variety of configurations for this kit as well
as SDS/EFII making changes to the system that prevent a standard installation package
for this aircraft.
